TEDx Times Square
Website design, live streaming video, ticketing commerce, printed programs and stage props. Intelliga was a major player in designing and executing marketing materials for all 3 TEDx Times Square events.
Since 2013, Intelliga has helped TEDx Times Square create, design and live broadcast their TED talks. The inaugural day was a resounding success with almost 1,700 hits in a 3 hour window. With the second event, came esteemed speakers ranging from the Global Brand President of Esteé Lauder to the CEO of ShareThis. The most recent event, titled “Pushing Boundaries” was honoured to have Deepak Chopra speak on ‘Reinventing the Body’.
Intelliga’s senior staff were active on the Board of Directors for TEDxTimesSquare, helping to drive forward a bold vision for growth. Intelliga oversaw and actively participated in all aspects of the event marketing. Web site with online ticket sales, guest check-in, social media, advertising – including on the multi-story outdoor NASDAQ screen, event sponsorship, the printed program, and even collaboration on the post-event video production… Intelliga proudly had fingers in virtually every piece of the three events that we engaged in, and each was a huge success!
